Telut, Peacekeeper Enthusiast

This still has a long way to go but Telut + Civic Peacekeeper and/or Arms Enthusiast is a really fun combo. I have turned around many games with simply playing Telut and attacking with anything while Peacekeeper and/or Enthusiast are present. With all three together that's at least four stuns, -2/-2 to all enemy units, +6/+6 to the attacker, and 4 more justice power each turn. Evem if the opponent plays aegis you'll get -1/-1 to the whole enemy team.
