I built this just for fun but ended up going 7-2, 7-2, 6-3, 7-2 with it. And it's a very fun and interesting deck to play. :)

This deck assumes Scourge of Frosthome is the most broken thing you can do, and maximizes its chances of getting there:

Plan A: Discard Scourge, Grasp it into play

Plan B: Kindle into hardcast Scourge

Plan C: Celestial Omen and target the 6-drop with 4 x Unstable Form (you can fetch one with the Omen so this is just a 2-card combo). The 10-drop will always be Scourge. (credit to gamergc on reddit for figuring this out)

Plan D: Outvalue your opponent with Feln Cauldron and chaining Celestial Omen into itself.

Plan E: Wait until your opponent's 1-cost spell gets them a Fallen Oni and puts the Scourge in your graveyard to Grasp back.

Like most reanimator decks it felt really inconsistent. I think some copies of Trail Stories would help make Kindle more effective. Given how many Omens are in the deck the full playset of Scourge didn't feel necessary, it wound up just wasting away in hand a lot of the time.

This deck wins the large majority of its games with Scourge; I would not go below 4 copies. Your main plan is a 3-card combo (Scourge + Grasp + any discard outlet) and Celestial Omen often needs to get one of the two other missing pieces. Saving one Herald's Song in hand, when possible, will increase the consistency. The nature of the event rule means your draw and removal spells will keep you in the game a long time while you assemble the combo. You only have to race vs Witching Hour, which sees less play than it should, and vs Decimate or the mirror match, which are both basically nonexistent.

Trail Stories isn't a bad idea but it's rough on the influence and it's hard to find room. I could see going +2 Trail Stories -2 Suffocate, since the Sand Warrior you get is sort of like a bad removal spell (and the format has become slower).

Edit: Hm, I've been seeing a resurgence in aggro decks today, if that's representative of a metagame shift then I could see cutting one of the Scourges, since your value cards are usually enough to win in that matchup.
