As the title states, this deck is MARVelous. I played the original list from Gold to D1. The list is your typical Xena Nightfall list. The winrate was about 75%. It features my card
Marvelous Imperion. There are obvious downsides to the card. It spits out a Helici for your opponent that in the wrong match up can lose you the game. Especially against Fire with
Ossuar Longbow. And yet, the deck continued to win most of the games. The original version also had
Devouring Shadow for removal. It worked well, so much so my opponent played a
Hecaton, Omnidevourer only for me to -10/-10 it the next turn. That was glorious.
Once I got to D1, I switched Marvelous out for
Lunar Magus and Devouring for
Feed the Hecaton. Feed was just so much better against FTP. Lunar doesn't die immediately to
Krogar's Grave and if they don't play
Corrupted Riftborn right away, the potential to take out two of their units is quite high.
The market has
Recovery to save one of your units and get something back.
Lumen Reclaimer for any sort of mill strategy, also works against Hecaton lists.
Unlikely Pack can be a great finisher.
Trail Scourge kills mono-Fire aggro. And
Huntersbane is there to flex on your opponent because you can.
