Power base is too greedy IMO. Shiftstoned influence calculator tells me it's only got 40% to play Tasbu on 5.

I went down to 1 Justice Sigil and added 5 more Shadow which gets us to 62% for Tasbu on 5.

Also changed Ageworn vestige for Waylay for that Endra hate.
