I’m very surprised that this deck exceeded expectations for a gauntlet grinder, I’ve played a lot of oni decks before, and they’re mostly jank, but it seems that we finally have the correct mix of card advantage threats and powerhouse weapons required to make it work. The power base does kinda suck ass, but it’s what you get in a faction with no marks, no paintings and no vows.

Oh, I would probably find a way to get the 4th Forgemark Scrivener in as well. I was playing Finest Hour in my list at the time, but I felt like Scrivener was my best 2-drop and snowballed into some really degenerate draws.

Mask Maker was always great for me in oni decks, and also synergized well with Forgemark Scrivener. Seems like you probably want Xultan Conclave too.

Mask maker seems solid, conclave could be good, but it would likely just replace seats, maybe that’s better tho. Maker could cut quartermaster + 1-2 silverblades? Seems legit

I wouldnt be surprised if Seats were better than Cylixes. I think that the Cylixes will probably be depleted more often, and I don't know how reliably this deck will trigger the Troves or be wanting to spend its power casting them.
