Rain in the sideboard? You used to say it's terrible :D
Also I prefer 2x eilyn's favor instead of 27 power, you really need 2 blues on turn 3 or 4 and the aegis is nice too obviously.

Rain is awful in any main, is ok in sideboards, the problem is i dont think you can play more than 2 primal sigils and that make eilyn's favor pretty bad but maybe you can play 1. i dont think this is close to perfect at all but i think is by far the best power base you can see in any icaria blue deck, im not going to inpruve the deck in the near future becase i think the deck is just a worst removal pile but was fun, i think the best think i did with this deck was to play amili in the side for time much ups
