This is Zaralah's Soothsayer Elves (https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/ofDVj3fgOwU/soothsayer-elves) minus the whole Time faction, plus Haunting Scream. I've wanted Elfscream to be good since I wasted a mountain of shiftstone on a playset of Zende, and Lethrai Soothsayer may be the card that pushed it over the edge into, like, tier 3. Soothsayer is obviously not a great card to scream itself, but Scream does get an onslaught trigger in against removal-heavy decks if you have 6 power handy.
