JST Hero of the People

An event deck based around Hero of the People. It plays a ton of units with tons of keywords, then buffs up the Hero of the People with said keywords. This was for the event in which you had to have at least 25 Shadow cards, although it may have been for the event where multicolored cards cost one less.
