as the name suggests this deck contains only basic and common cards and is fairly aggressive and competitive players start with a lot of these cards and can easily gather enough shift stones together to start adding more copies of cards they are missing within a week or so of playing.
I would recommend adding more copies of the 1 and 2 drop cards first then work your way up to the 3 cost stuff
