So through rare-drafting and pack opening, I stumbled onto 4 End of Days and knew I had to try.
And it works. So far at least. I can't say I'm into extensive playtesting before I post a deck - this is 5 wins, 1 loss - but this deck has also just been fun, so here it is.
My idea was - this has to be an okay deck even if I never see end of days, which meant I wanted to focus on 1 or 2 factions - I picked Time for, I think, the obvious access it has to influence and power adjustment + big fatties. 2nd, I wanted cards that were powerful, especially with more power. especially on the high end of things and had low influence cost (as in no double influence other than time) - hence siraf, parliament, cleaver and, of course, nicto herself. I tried to not go too wild on the different possibilities - these are just the ones I picked.
I figured some removal was necessary, so I picked equivocate as a pretty decent way to mess up my opponents strategies.
For Market picks, the Memento just in case I needed influence help, though usually things are going fine there. Triumphant stranger I'm unsure of - Think I may swap it out for Striking Snake Formation, but I figured at first I'd give it a multi-faction nod. Invoke the Waystokes is a great way to capitalize on your extra mana. Marisen is a great way to take over the board if left unanswered (which can happen due to them using their removal on your earlier things - though it is another one I could swap out. Finally, A New tomorrow just makes all your cards playable and easily put down, which can help finish out the game.
One final note about Trail maker here - your priorities are usually either primal, justice, or even more time depending on your hand to cast titan or behemoth. After that, shadow. You never need fire except for Nicto.
And if you don't have end of days, I'm sure you can swap in some other sigil searchers or good time cards.
Have fun playing!
