I've tune the deck to my personal liking, where I will explain the changes in a quick way.
1) No
Akko, Inspired Artist
I think he requires too much work to be effective, since I dropped
Kaleb's Persuader from the main, I've left with
Jack's Knife and
Spiteful Strike for easy mastery trigger, which is not enough by the way. And he is just too low impact when you draw him latter on as a 1/1 body that doesn't do anything, especially without any oni-synergy in the deck.
2) 4
Conflagrate
This card is great! It kills almost all early game unit, and most importantly, deals with
Sodi the Metamorph. Sometimes, you need an out to problematic early game units and this does that for you.
3)
Fenris Nightshade
I think this card is seriously underrated. 3/2 for 2 cost is actually really good in this format, and his effect is really good for board stall. He is flexible, good, and at worst you can trade him for opponent's merchant or smaller unit.
4)
Impending Doom
5/5 for 4 cost is huge in expedition, especially with flying which is a far better battle skill in expeditions than ranked format. Play very well both defensively and offensively, and having a small cost to play every turn isn't that big of a deal unless you are about to lose, and you might lose anyway in that case.
