I still don't think I have the perfect roster and balance for this deck and haven't tested it heavily against the top decks in this meta, but it's hella fun and has the potential to wipe an opponent in moments. It's fairly tough to pilot but pretty satisfying when it connects.
True influence requirements are TTTTPPS(S) with getting to TTPS early important. PP only important against aggro. SS only needed for Market -> Stray.
Cool combos:
- Dawnwalker + Fearbinder because if you're at TTTT you get the Dawnwalker right back. I once did Dark Return -> Duskwalker (brought back two Dawnwalkers)-> Fearbinder and went from 0 units to 4 in a late game scenario.
- Teacher + Scream is obvious, especially with the nightfall in the deck.
- Fearbinder + Haunting Scream: because the unit that would die at the end of the turn anyway gets put to good use.
- Scream + a big enough Fear's Sum can end the game. Making a Fear's Sum out of a Fear's Sum and something else gets you what you want.
- Duskwalker eats removal or gets your Fearbinder active faster. Lunar Magus helps the Duskwalkers stay active and you come out ahead at night due to Disciplinary Weights. Magus is sorta my last card in but I haven't found another 2 or 3 drop that does things super well.
- Derry + Scream in the late game is an unexpected cannon shot if you don't have a Fear's Sum in the void. Again, not sure he's entirely right but see above.
Market lets you pull a missing combo card or appropriate removal. As for the scattering of removal cards in the deck, Annihilate is really good right now and you usually have what you need.
Comments welcome! Still tuning this guy to see how good it can be.
