This is a Hooru Eilyn combo deck updated for Set 4.5. Jennev Merchant and Portent Reader are huge additions imo. If you don't know the combo, the gameplan is to play Eilyn+snowball (or Second Sight, Unstable Form, etc) to get a guaranteed big spell from the deck. There's a ramp package in Tome of Repetition and Telut, Queen's Hand to get you to 9 or 10 power for the combo or to hard cast your big spells. I'm just using crests and a banner in the market to splash the tomes, and I haven't run into too much trouble so far. You can just market or discard them if they're uncastable, but they're usually not.
