Buff weapons in your deck, then drop an Oni Quartermaster and swing in with a superbuffed unit. Basically
Dusk Road Bladestorm with more early game and updated for Fall of Argenport.
Notes:
- Don't play
Oni Quartermaster until you're ready to go off or you can
Protect her.
- Don't forget
Rise to the Challenge gives +2 Attack. Grabbing
Ornamental Daggers after a few deck buffs can easily be +10 attack for 2 mana.
-
Unpredictable Outlaw loves this deck, I've broken through many a board state by exhausting all of their units.
- Spread your weapons across several units to reduce removal's effectiveness. Avoid buffing Quartermaster so they have to choose between removing her or removing your huge dude.
-
Staff of Speed and
Warhelm are for fetching to break perma-stun or swing for win that turn, respectively. No need for more copies.
Weaknesses:
-
Teacher of Humility is an autoconcede if it hits you.
- Removal heavy decks
- Aggro can come in under you if you don't find units.
- Hitting Time, sometimes. The power base isn't tuned perfectly.
- Technically
Lethrai Provocateur, but tbh if you see this card in the wild they deserve the win.
Current Considerations:
-
Quicktrigger Outlaw: Looks amazing, but all of the units in this deck serve a specific purpose. It's both a more conditional Steady Marshal and a Unpredictable Outlaw that won't always break through board states. Probably worth testing.
-
Sandglass Parma: Ramp is good and the Spellcraft can be very relevant. Just hard to cut other weapons, especially when it costs 2.
Also, just buff Longbarrel three times for a 1 cost knockoff Plate :P
