Information

Sower of Dissent makes Navani also reduce the cost of your deck, allowing to play cards on the same turn you Rise to the Challenge and then Smuggler's Stash.

I don't think this is generally that effective and gets carried by Sharpshooter/Tavrod being ridiculous, but I did go 7-1. Further attempts were 6-3, 4-3, 5-2 (event ended).
