If you want a direct sub for "hard-to-block aegis unit" the next best thing is Thunderbird, but 2 strength can be a little disappointing
The other option is to use Censari Brigand, who's arguably better than Vadius on an empty board but struggles if your opponent is playing units
Either of these will preserve the basic function of the deck but if you see yourself playing a lot of aggro you should craft Vadius when possible, he's a staple
