Palace of Privilege

A.k.a. Ixtun Palace V3. I really think we're getting somewhere here.

This is a Justice-heavy bulletshaper version, which lets us do some extremely cool things like play Sherrif Marley as a stabilising 4-drop, or drop a Palace on turn 4 to make a Red Canyon Smuggler a 6/6 aegis endurance double damage. This version should hit power more consistently thanks to the Privilege of Rank, but I might end up finding out that 4 rank and 3 wisdom is too many do-nothings, in which case I'll likely opt to replace the Wisdoms with more interaction.
