The first deck I built coming to this game was Chalice. Little did I know how complex it would be. I just saw it putting up numbers, and seemed to have some useful pieces for other decks. Up until Horus Traveler, I was a big fan of the Owl Ramp archetype, playing Elysian Midrange between ruts.
I updated the Owl Ramp shell to reflect the current state of things, and feel like this version competes with the meta much better than the previous iteration. There are still some changes to be made, likely with the numbers of certain cards, but the overall feel is pretty fluid.
Permafrost and
Vanquish have been fantastic, and I do not miss
Eilyn's Choice in the mainboard.
Would love to hear any feedback on it!
