As Ravager said, it's latin for New, to signify that this is a new Vodakhan deck due to how Auralian Merchant completely revamps the list.

Ah ok. Question, is TGP actually not that good or something? I don't play Vodacombo well but I was always under the impression that it's a very good card in this deck that gets tons and tons of mana. Also I'm surprised to see 4 copies of Voice. Isn't she kind of like, not worth a card/useless to have multiple on board?

I have 4x Voice for two reasons. First, she sucks up removal like nothing else, people think that she's way better than she is. And secondly, it is the card that allows the most consistent combos with vodakhombo, it's basically impossible to fizzle with voice, ascendant, and vodakhan. And I personally don't like the great parliament at all. Once you have comboed off and have enough mana, you won't have any issues with filling up the board, the copy in the market is solely to deal with fliers, it's just a better sandstorm scarf in this particular list.
