You aim to play Scepter, at least one, then Muck.
Muck gains aegis.
When Muck duplicate itself, as the new (hurt) Muck is "played" but has aegis, Scepter gives it +1/+1, back to full health, allowing to go infinite.
With two Scepters, it grows ^^
Baby Vara and Shadowcreeper are big counters to the strategy, but you have other good units in the deck to deal with them, and a Slay in market.
Relic destruction is also a pretty strong annoyance, but the deck doesn't really need Scepter + Muck to win.
Sketch is obviously to go overkill.
Giving Lifesteal to Muck is utter disrespect for the opponent, as every time Muck hit itself, you get 1 health back.
You also have some ways to get your Infinite Lifesteal Mucks back from the void.
Best case scenario :
T3 Play scepter
T4 Play muck
T5 Play student on muck, and attack with one 3/3 lifesteal muck
T6 Play another scepter and muck, attack with 1 3/3 and 1 4/4 lifesteal mucks
T7 Opponent concede, because you now have too many lifesteal mucks and the possibility to get more of them each turn
