This deck is legitimately very good! And also super fun to play. I think I went today from Diamond 3 to 1 in 13 matches, won everything but 1 (that's a 92% w/r although super small sample)
The only change I did from the get go was -1 Tesya + Blistering Wasp. I find always find two-offs a bit weird but, hey! The deck works like a charm so..
Played about 30 games with this deck with the following adjustments:
-4 Ayan / +4 Blistering Wasp
-1 Vara's Choice / +1 Tesya
Other thoughts:
-Surprisingly a lot of wins from pure Humbug Swarm Beatdown
-Blistering Wasp is great and always puts work in.
-2 Tesya is great because you see the card in some games and I haven't been screwed by running two. I wouldn't run more though.
-Sadly Torrent of Spiders ends up most of the time. Maybe because Blistering Wasp has already shut down enemy offense. Torrent is so hard to be successful, I feel like I'm forcing a meme card. It's so situational..
-Having a hard time gauging the value of Avirax Familiar and Vara's choice with this deck. Maybe someone more experienced can explain it to me.
I got from gold III to gold I with this, still climbing fast. I'm trying a new version with +2 Deathstrike, -2 Torrent. Works well against enemy units that sit on the field and are threatening. I like it a lot, Only 3x annihilate for removal isn't enough sometimes.
I'm glad it's working for you! I haven't had much of a chance to play since the second and third Tesyas came out, but I have had similar experiences as you. Familiar has felt weak, so has Torrent. Ayan is a card I'm still very happy with, though. Fitting Blistersting Wasps in is probably worthwhile as well.
No, thank YOU for the cool deck! Ayan is probably insane but I don't have any.
I was expecting to run a gimped budget version since Ayan is SO good, but Blistering Wasp was a pleasant surprise.

Good luck, thanks for letting me know!
