Usually your goal is to get to Severin ASAP, but the longer the game goes the more likely you are to win because of the life gain from Severin's Griefs. Karvet & Sow both pair well with him.
Make sure to redraw according to the opponent and be patient against the more aggressive decks. For example, vs Arcanum Army you want to see Blightmoth in your opener.
Alternate wincons are just slamming Karvets, and using Karvet/Sow to gain enough S influence for At Any Cost.
I've logged 196 games with this list, winning just over 96% of them, and 76% of overall runs. Just slightly stronger than monoJ for me.
