2-0 with this deck!!1 felt like posting, might delete later hehe
in all seriousness I wanted to take a shot at putting together a list that tries to take advantage of
Svetya, Merciful Orene,
Korovyat Palace and the revenge mechanic and this is what I've come up with so far.
Merchants - I initially wanted to run 8 Smuggler/Merchant but the 3-drop slot is a bit packed due to playing
Stonepowder Alchemist - also it feels worse without having
Xo of the Endless Hoard, however the market is pretty much built to support 8 if you want to try that.
Unit Suite - All of the units are pretty self explanatory in that they synchronize well with
Svetya, Merciful Orene and
Korovyat Palace.
Shelterwing Rider is a card that I've pretty much considered as good as shiftstone since
Vara, Vengeance-Seeker was released, but perhaps it can provide value in this theme.
Inquisitor Makto is also a card that I've never been too impressed with competitively, but has always been enjoyable for me to build around so we'll see if he ends up being good enough here.
Svetya, Merciful Orene is your big payoff card to try and finish games that Palace itself can't.
Removal Suit - I think the most notable piece of removal here is
Auric Runehammer. I think the card is probably a must in this deck in that it answers
Vargo Redclaw and is also often a 2-for-1. Other than that, feel free to play around with the amount and selection of removal you want. I don't have too much rhyme or reason as to why I'm playing the numbers of each card.
Card Draw - I want to play more
Honor of Claws as it's very good in trying to find revenge units again but I feel that I'm going to be playing other things more often on turn 4 and Palace also allows me to
Wisdom of the Elders when I need which is great.
Market - Market is also pretty self explanatory.
Regent's Tomb on 4 (especially on the play) is very strong. I initially had 4
Harsh Rule main deck and
Vanquisher's Blade as removal/graveyard hate in the market but I ended up taking them out and just playing 1 in the market. I think this deck has enough units/removal to merit not having to play main deck
Harsh Rule.
