This deck is good against hooru control, can go toe to toe with other meta decks, and is not stonescar, which is all I cared about when grinding this month.
Card count is a bit odd because I don't own all the legendaries. If you don't mind crafting more, fill up on Seditis and Pristine Lights and maybe go down on Deadshot and Kothon. Play with the card amounts to match whatever meta pocket you're in.
The market is extremely important here. Against anyone with sweepers or slow removal in general you probably want swift refusal. Against any other control deck without a face aegis in sight, get royal decree to cripple their wincon. Hailstorm seems an odd choice but it can be a huge swing against current meta decks such as auralian rats and general aggro. Palace is your default choice when you don't really need anything else and have enough power. Telut is great in some situations where palace wouldn't be enough, although you could replace him with a power because sometimes you simply don't have enough.
Also remember you can ramp very hard by Ice Bolting your own Hojan, hopefully just after the opponent wastes a removal on him.
