This weeks buildaround is Inspiring Leadership. I decided to just change the strong hooru midrange core around a bit by adding Leadership and some big shift units. Secret Weapon becomes a 2 mana buff spell if you combine it with Leadership. Loyalist buffs for a bit less, but is better on its own. Niktos in the market is a nice way to convert useless Secret Weapons in games where you don't draw Leadership.
