Who would win? An army of disciplined soldiers utilizing the latest technology with mechanical wings and guns...or some rooty bois?
Mandrakes are a fun archetype focused on going wide and buffing themselves with ultimates. The Merriest Mandrake ties it all together, draws cards and gains life. Regen units keep your early game safe.
Blood Quill is a hidden MVP in this deck: it triggers the ultimate on both Darkwater Vines as well as Venomous Nightshade. Goliath Flytrap provides a free ultimate. Venomous Nightshade and Vine Tangler provide extra bodies that will be buffed with Deadly, Lifesteal or even Killer.
Wasteland Broker shines when it targets the new Site or Grasping at Shoals. Too often I ended up with Shoals rotting in my hand if I didn't run a full discard package, so Wasteland Broker in the midgame ensures some good value for closing out longer games. Don't be afraid of grabbing it with Vine Grafter in a pinch.
Market is WIP. We need ways to disrupt relics or combos. I found Fatal Misstep to be underwhelming due to a lack of response window. Exploit on the other hand fixes your hand and ruins theirs.
