I’d love to squeeze one more unit into the market. It gives more options for Unexpected Arrival and makes your Vine Grafter regen less likely to whiff on an empty hand. Maybe cut the Timepiece for a Slimespitter Slug?

There's a lot of Permafrost and stuns in Gauntlet, so some attachment hate would probably be good. Nice deck otherwise.

Since our market is shadow, there aren't attachment removals in it. Our way of navigating stuns is running 8 fat endurance units and lifesteal to ensure they can't lock down and kill us. Should be enough to stop stun-spam.
For relics we have banish and send an agent. You can run more copies of those if you like

I like the inclusion of strike. How are you finding the Grafter cycles? Paying 5 to market seems inefficient. But I get regen being good.

Regen is insanely good in gauntlet. It's also another way of giving interrogator +1/+1
