Inoa, Elevator Overseer is just a budget Horde Plunderer. I could also see her going into some kind of Amplify deck.

That said, this deck does alright. It’s not a meta killer, for sure, but you can win a fair share of games. I’ve been playing it in Masters, albeit not at the top.

Yes, the interaction between Zealous Artisan, weapons, and our two enabling units works like you think it would - free weapon played from hand, free Spellcraft off of it, and 4 power replenished.
