Played this from D1 to Masters this season shortly after set 4 came out. Was pretty fun to play, Pyre Elemental is the biggest pickup from set 4. North-Wind Herald should possibly still be Jotun Feast-Caller like previous versions of Spellcrag. Will probably try a Felnscar version for access to Annihilate and Sabotage primarily.

Have you considered a splash for Justice instead of Shadow? Geomar feels perfect for the list and Justice got a lot of fun tempo tools

I'm not original poster of the deck. Unfortunately, I'm kinda trash at building decks so I typically netdeck most of the time. I agree that Justice seems like it would be a more useful splash than Shadow though. Don't have any Geomars yet though haha.
