"Budget" Stormblessed "Approved" Not-Crafty Kira

I uploaded , my current version of Hooru Kira at the start of the new set release. But with the new set release, Hooru Kira has gotten about as, if not more expensive than it has ever been before. 43,000 shiftstone and six campaigns are necessary to build that list. I wondered how cheap of a Kira list I could make that would still function as a Hooru Kira list.

And this is what I came up with. The spiciest inclusion, in my opinion, is Thick Hide. It's another situational 2 for 1 targeting spell! It does costs 2 which is unfortunate, but I imagine it'll be fun to blow up combat involving a Plunk Wumpkin or a Hojan, Crownbreaker with this!

But overall, 20,000 shiftstone and two campaigns is what I came up with for the bare minimum. Kira Ascending is the namesake of the deck and Silverblade Intrusion is the 1 cost spell with the highest ceiling. Both are more or less irreplaceable. (Although I suppose you could replace Intrusion with Bless the Wild buttttt)

Thankfully, I don't feel bad recommending/requiring those two cards, as Awakening and Shadows of the Spire are the two most useful campaigns for Throne. If you care more about Expedition naturally you'll buy the most recent campaigns instead.

Main upgrade path -> get Pristine Light and Korovyat Palace into the Market ASAP.

Pristine Light at its best is game determinative and at its worst is a bad vanquish, which when necessary is good enough. Great Save is a very cute replacement as it does also target.

Korovyat Palace is possibly the single biggest loss in this budget version as it is simply absurd, but I could justify calling this even "Budget" with three required campaigns. Two already feels like it's pushing it. Still if you want to invest into Hooru Kira, Palace is the premier card to get and will be the largest improvement to the deck.

Other than that, you can just acquire the other missing cards from this list that are in my regular list in any order you want - or not at all and work on acquiring other decks!
