This doesn't fit the criteria for a budget as it's built around 4 copies of a legendary and completely falls apart without it as you lose her nightfall generation. Take out Rindra, get rid of the nightfall cards except for dusk raider and replace them with tried and true staples like Gorgon Fanatic, and Gorgon Swiftblade. Add in stuff like Recurring Nightmare, etc and you've got a budget scream deck. Budget decks can't have more than 12 rares, no promos, no legendaries, and no campaign gated cards.

I was in the same position. I left the one Rindra in the market, and replaced the three main-deck copies with Vara, Vengeance-Seeker. It's seemed to be working very well for me so far.
