Harsh Excavator

A variation of the 50 power excavator lists that adds privilege of rank and a single copy of harsh rule. Whispering wind finds the harsh rule and privilege draws you extra power when it is discarded in any way.

I think that it might be correct to add more early interaction and play slightly less than 50 power.

It's pretty important that you get either Sporefolk or Whispering Wind in your opening hand.
