This is my current iteration of 3F Holk. I dropped the Harsh Rule and 2x Desert Marshal for 3x Katra, the Devoted and 3x Ayan, the Abductor.

I'm taking a bit of influence from SirRhinos sadistic devotion deck from the previous standard. His go wide life gain strategy was fun to play with.

I know going to two Desert Marshal is a mistake, but I'm still trying to identify flex slots. Possibly cutting Mask of Torment and another card to put them back in.

I like your ideas in this deck. May I ask some questions, because I'm not used to playing Xenan life gain archetype :
-Why no Colony Matron? One would be so good.
-Why no Amber Waystone? 2 in the seat of other time sigils wouldn't slow you off.
-Why 4 Visages? It is too expensive, I'm trying with only 2 and it sounds fine.
-Why only 1 Mask of Torment? I had so much fun the moment I understood Devoted Theurge's active isn't an ultimate.
-Why 4 Combrei Healers? With the Dusk Road early units got so strong Combrei Healer isn't a wall anymore.
-Why banish over annihilate? This deck would seek the cheapest control tools for an early tempo to get to the point the Cleaver starts its cycle.

Edit : after some search and tries I wanted to try this deck, but around the lunar magus. Plenty of units, adding of the Moondial (and Darude please!). It has some potential.
