This deck seems really solid. What's your reasoning for not including harsh rules in the main deck?

Thanks for the comment. I haven't tried running main deck harsh rules as I constructed it with the intent to play the board faster, so harsh rule is likely to clear your own board outside when you actually need it. I think it's reasonable to run harsh rules in place of some of the faster cards and play a slower game though.
