The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
I play 4 Amilli to maximize the chance of nut draws, t3 Amilli with Bulletshaper or t4 with little Icaria. Amilli also helps improve the praxis matchup, which is one of the more difficult popular matchups. I don't play 4 Rizahn because he doesn't have lifesteal consistently in this deck, and I don't want to be overloaded on 3-4 damage effects since I have 4 Runehammer.
That makes a lot of sense. I've been running 2x Rolant's Intervention maindeck - do you think that's a good idea? I find it helps save your Icarias from double removal or a Wasp, and it can always be marketed away or used as Bulletshaper fuel.
I really like this deck and you're one of my favorite deck builders.
Can you explain why Ixtun over Winchest Merchant? Is Jawbone for? Killing opposing Icarias? (Except Camat0 told me you'd really rather just slam more Icarias or slap Deepforged on yours rather than remove opposing ones.) Because you lose Harsh Rule and Privilege in market although Bore is 100x better than Ijun's Choice.
I like not running 4 Rizahn since I'm more and more convinced that he's not that good. Vanquisher's Blade is really strong and I like it, very cool addition.
Thank you. The main reason is that Winchest is a 2/2, the weakest merchant body, so I avoid playing it in most decks. I really dislike privilege in the market. When I'm missing power, I want to play a power right away rather than take a turn off to play privilege. Jawbone is a good turn 4 play (fills my curve when I draw all power and top end), it kills an aegis unit or Auralian Merchant. It also lets me diversify my threats against control before they harsh rule. Bore is great. Harsh rule would be decent in the market, but its really bad against aegis and its not worth having the weak 2/2 body every time when I'm grabbing Icaria most often anyway.

Caiphus isn't good without dark return. I think you could still play this deck as is and it would be fine, but significantly weaker since the build around card was nerfed. It would probably be better to cut the top end and the ramp, max out on plate, and focus more on the early game with ChaGlo and early warcry.
Ok yeah makes sense. I saw Kroge go the other way with 4 harsh rules and 3 cookbooks but I think if you're going to slow the deck that much you might as well go FJS so you can run Vara, Slay, Quarry, etc.

Now that Icaria is 8 is this archetype dead? Do you see Caiphus fitting in here to replace her or Rizahn?
