Silverwing commander might be decent but of the two cards you were thinking of i would go with duo.

Thanks for the deck, it's much fun. Although I found this particular list too greedy, after in several matches I got stuck with multiple Amillis and Relias in hand without being able to play them. I swapped some of the expensive cards for 4 Whirling Duo, that seems to work better for me.

Very fun take, I swapped the Plates out for Rakano Jekk since the plates were often dead in hand even when I got to 5 mana. Relia tends to flummox people given she dodges non-Shadow removal.
