After a lot of testing, and theorycrafting, i think i'm going to give up on this style of deck. Its way too cute, and eternal doesn't really do cute at this point in the metagame to a level where this deck feels satisfactory to play. Azindel is the perfect top end, but is too expensive, none of the wisps rise beyond average. A lot of the synergy cards are just very fragile. Idk, i'm posting this for posterity, because maybe someone else can make a decent wisp deck. But for the life of me i can't.
