Wanted to play scout strategy in expedition with a few additions from the last campaign.

Scout Payoffs: Needlespitter, Clodagh, Loyal Advisor and Peaktop Trekker, anyone of them left unchecked can snowball.

Scout Enablers: Fend Off, Spy Glass, Blood Hunt, Blurreechaser and Streets Aflame.

Sodi, Wingbreaker - is here as the top-end, she provides a good card-draw and semi-removal.
