The deck follows the same strategy as other even mono time decks:
Ideally,
Blackhall Warleader can be played on turn 2 and grow on the next turns.
Evenhanded Golem and
Seal of Devotion to gain card advantages.
Removal to get rid off big threats and spells to trick the AI.
Fell Ritual and
Immortalize provide an option to get another big flyer, if needed.
I only included 2 of them, because it is also nice to have a
Deathstrike to trick the AI.
Otherwise,
Immortalize can be used to bring back one of the other important units (e.g.,
Vara, Vengeance-Seeker,
Memory Dredger, or
Blackhall Warleader).
The reason for including
Immortalize is that units do not get void bound.
Hence, the combo of the 2-drops with
Memory Dredger can still go off.
A potential combo, could be to exhault a two-drop and bring it back with
Memory Dredger.
However, in practice, it was never necessary or possible to do so.
Blood of Makkar is a nice combination with
Argenport Instigator as it triggers also if a unit is killed.
Furthermore, it helps to win a game with
Memory Dredger or
Olly, Maniacal Graverobber if the ground is stalled.
Conditional cards:
Lethrai Provocateur to counter weapon-based decks.
In Cold Blood to counter revenge units or other annoying justice units
Nullblade to counter revenge or revival
As these items are not necessary for all games, only a few are included.
