Just went 9-2 in D1 and got to masters with this Baby. Don't trust my statistics though.

Built after the nerfs, turns out ruffian and bulletshaper are still good. Its mostly an aggro-ish deck (despite all the depleted power), FiLP, ruffian and Marley help you close out the game very easily around turns 5-6, but can also blow up from nowhere in the late game against control.
Deputy is there mostly as a "seek power" dude, could be replaced with something else.
