Just curious, if you had ever tried this deck on the rank ladder? I had almost a similar list, you check it out if you want to name of the deck is Esper Toadal Recall Tinman. Deck made me to master last season, though it's not that much in the current meta it still at 50%+ win rate, had made an Icaria deck to concede on turn 5, by making all it's main card into a frog. Let me know what your thoughts are.

My deck has kept me around top 300-200 for the past few days I've been playing it :) Hardest matchup is TJP mid of course, and my JPS control deck seems to have a higher winrate in the current meta, as it has enough aegis to deal with svetjas.

I usually dislike rain of frogs, as it is quite expensive for what it is and is pretty much only good against control mirrors, while not being the best card available for that slot. Azindel's gift, devastating setback and vara's choice are simply just better hand disruption cards than rain of frogs 9 out of 10 times.
