Skycrag Aggro still works in Pauper, I guess. It is relatively quick, which is very relevant as the pauper format is far slower than the standard format.
The strength of this Skycrag Aggro Version is built upon renown cards from set 5. Mieschief Yeti is not only a fine substitute for
Snowcrust Yeti, but easily produces Snowballs, which are used to ping enemies, extend the reach of a torch to 4, renown your own units, or just thrown at the opponents face to get the
Pyre Elemental for 2.The
Yeti Snowslinger can also reliably create snowballs when there is only one blocker that can be burned away.
The weapons are there to trigger renown and the burn spells not only remove blockers but also strengthen
Softfoot Burglar and enable casting
Pyre Elemental. The Burglar provides important card advantage that keeps you running out of gas. Note that the treasure trove is also a spell (although kinda counterintuitive, flavor-wise), and therefore also +1/+1 the Burglar. Mighty Strike is perfect in this format, as it is probably one of the best combat tricks and gives you something to spent your power on in the late game. Changeestik is the only "hard" removal for Pauper Skycrag and it synergizes well with the other cards: early game is can trigger renown and provide a flier, lategame it's practically a finisher.
Over a few runs, I went 58-28 with this deck, which is alomost 70% winrate.
