With the play set of ROST in my collection, I wanted to try to make a deck that utilizes him as the win con... plan is simple.. search for primal power and try to slam him ASAP.. the Rng on power has been pretty reliable in games, and with 4 gardens, (quickly starting to be one of my favorite sites, behind xenan), you have plenty to resurface into your needs.
