This a simple deck that I made using only time/neutral cards. Here's how it's supposed to work:
Most of the cheaper units are in the deck to help buying power, or lessening the cost for other cards. So the idea is to get some creatures on the field to both ramp and to defend in the early game. This deck almost doesn't contain spells (at least for now), so your defense will be your creatures, and trading, or even sacrificing, is fine if you'll have something to put on the board next turn or so.
With help from cards that give you power and
Sauropod Wrangler, you'll be able to play some bombs earlier thah expected, so you can start controlling the mid-game/defending to get the real deals of your deck.
Basically any of the legendaries are the big bombs that will ruin the opponent's play, but
Talir, Who Sees Beyond is by far the most valuable one: her ability gives
Destiny to all of your time units. And there are
a lot of time units in there. If you achieve that, your match will basically be one-sided, as you'll mostly decide which unit to sacrifice to give space for a way bigger one.
Getting this done can be problematic, however, if you run out of cards thanks to Destiny, so the power cards will mostly serve to prevent you from suiciding at this point (Unless you sacrifice Talir before that happens, of course).
