Homecoming gave a classic archetype some nice new tools. Icaria Blue is back! The goal here is to buff your relic weapons into game ending threats by playing Rakano Artisans and, ideally, topping out with Icaria herself. Ideally 1 swing with Icaria should buff something into a strong enough threat to close the game. In the meantime, control the board with sweepers and spot removal, and use Display of Honor to recur 0 cost Stormhalt Knifes for value!
