I don't think this works.... those cargo cards are factionless and even EW says this is only a 3F deck.

Sadly, this deck is legal for the first iteration of the Opal Waystone Classic. The deck builder and EWC grey out the pip for decks with less than 10 cards of a faction. But the tournament is 8 of each of your 4 factions. Add two more primal cargos and the primal pip will light up in game and in EWC.

100% agreed. I made the decklist so I could link in Batteriez stream to show how silly it is that the cargos are counted towards your count for each faction.

Honestly, 10 seems fine, just don't count the cargos towards each faction's total.
