Yes, but not only in this deck tho. It's there just to get the correct influence requirements for your starting hand strangers and then it becomes another sigil.

Do you think it's worth having pretty much for just the turn 1 chance vs any turn after being blank (I'm saying that because as you well know any stranger you cast turn 2 is giving you plus 2 influence)

Another question...Any thought to cards like sabotage or stand together to help against harsh rule.dec cause certainly meditative stranger is not going to be there in time
