Information

Oldy but Goody.

With The Dusk Road I got rid of Seek Power, making room for more consistency in having weapons and draw.
My stats with this deck are 8-0, never power-screwed.

Update:
Tweaked it a bit for more draw-consistency.

Icaria Blue is the first deck that got me to gold many seasons ago. I'm 25-5 in masters right now. A couple matches I lost were due to not getting 2J. I only have 1 copy of Strategize, so I added 1 Rolant's Favor, 1 Rolant's Honor Guard, and 1 Justice Sigil. I'm also missing a lot of the crests, so adjusted accordingly. Feels great against Rakano, Praxis, and other armory. Thanks for bringing me back to this!

Nice additions. Love Rolant's Honor Guard, one of the cards one the verge of being really good. People don't expect it.
That's why I love Icaria Blue; you do have a bit of freedom to add spice-cards.

Well you are definitely right about Stragegize. That card has to be in here.
I don't see how Waystones delay my curve? Besides this game not being about 'Hit your curve or you lose', they give me undepleted power. The Granite Waystones however need to be replaced by offcolour Crests.
Eilyn's Choice is still great, it protects me from Obliterate, Gift, Torch, Lightning Strike, Frogs, Setback, Sabotage and many other cards, especially Attachment-Removal.
Jotun I have never seen, Amilli rarely, and despite that, they are like any other minions. They will die to Harsh Rule, a buffed weapon or vanquish.

A couple points of contention:

No Strategize is difficult to justify.
Waystones seem terrible in delaying your entire curve.
Eilyn's Choice seems pretty bad in a meta where on attack effects are everywhere (e.g. Tavrod, Worldbearer, Jotun, Amilli, Jekk).

Otherwise, it seems pretty standard.
