Props to ManuS deck: ManuS' Mad Gunslingers.
Made a few adjustments after Dead Reckoning, adding In Cold Blood and tweaking some other values to compensate and keep the deck stable.

I didn't keep track of all games I've done with this, but took me from Diamond I to Masters 437 at this time. From the history, deck is 16-4.
