For when you have some random Kennas but missing all other uniques you need for a JPS Control deck.
I love Feln, but it's biggest weakness is it's weak big threat mass removal. Putting in some Harsh Rules really made the whole deck more consistent.
It's based on this: https://www.tgpeternal.com/articles/2018/7/19/sweepers-and-sheriffs-a-jps-control-deck-guide but I don't have most of the uniques needed.
I find
Stonepowder Alchemist an absolut power house, it gains you at least 4 life, often more, blocks aggro units and when you dark return it from the graveyard it comes into play instead and you draw a card, making dark return the best cantrip in the game.
There are some 1-off spells in the sideboard that can be brought back with
Kenna, Shaman of the Scale. Quite often if you want to activate tribute you can just attack with your units to sacrifice them to the enemies blockers. Most opponents block to play around Harsh Rule, almost no one lets attacks through to avoid tribute (which happened to me in Kennadins, a lot).
Overall, you can massively improve the deck by adding
Jotun Feast-Caller and
Black-Sky Harbinger (take out Svetja and the Champion of Cunning), play more Crests instead of Banners, and definitely add
Vision of Austerity to your market!
But, this was already good enough to get to Masters.
Scourge of Frosthome in the market straight up murders control and scream, but there's tons of other goodies to consider, too.
End of Hostilities is also a flex slot that can be whatever you want to experiment with.

If you want to keep the cost down, craft one and put it in the market and see if the card works for you (and you don't need End of Hostilities or Frosthome either).
